Shipping & Delivery
- UAE Orders: Delivery within 1–3 business days.
- GCC Orders: Delivery within 3–7 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

- Returns within 7 days of receiving the order.
Items must be:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Exchanges: Available within 7 days. You may exchange for another size or item if available.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receiving the return.

For hygiene reasons, pajamas and homewear cannot be returned if worn or washed.
